This project will house the following as a service to the Grey Community:
- An Entrance Gallery containing museum display
- The Grey Foundation Office
- The Old Greys’ Union Office
- Grey Museum to display artifacts and historical records, and preservation of such items collected over the years
- A meeting and lounge area with to access WiFi for visiting Old Greys and Donors
- A kitchenette and storeroom
